Approach
Our practice is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and uses an exploratory, insight-oriented approach.
An important part of my therapy sessions is to create a safe space for you where you can grow unabashedly, in the most unique ways.
With a little help, it can get significantly easier for you to dethorn and detangle, as difficult as it may seem at present.

I want to invest myself in building a world that doesn't run from its past, but uses it to nurture creative and conscious minds.
Therapy models we work with
Psychodynamic Therapy
We use Psychodynamic approaches to explore the childhood and adolescent origins of psychological problems and use of defense mechanisms as maladaptive coping techniques.
As an extension to the Psychodynamic approach a lot of our work is based on attachment theories to understand the relational patterns of attachment, autonomy and individuation and based on these understanding providing a secure emotional base to clients to enable growth.
Expressive Arts Based Therapy
Expressive Arts-based therapy uses various creative forms to facilitate emotional expression, self-discovery, and healing. Clients explore their inner world, past experiences, and emotions, leading to catharsis, personal growth, and improved well-being. It benefits individuals dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment for transformation and healing.
Schema Therapy
We use Schema therapy to explore lifelong characterological disorders. This means that sometimes the issues of clients are too vague or diffuse and lack clear distinction of one disorder. So, they come under the category of characterological disorders.
Here, we address lifelong characterological disorders, which are complex issues lacking clear distinctions. The goal is to replace maladaptive schemas rooted in the past with adaptive ones.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
We use CBT to work on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. Clients learn to reframe irrational thoughts, develop healthier coping strategies, and engage in behavioral changes to improve their mental and emotional well-being. We collaboratively work together with clients to develop personalized strategies to address specific issues, leading to improved emotional resilience.
Humanistic Therapy
We base our therapeutic alliance on humanistic model of therapy as inn humanistic therapy, the client-therapist relationship is crucial for growth and change, as therapists actively listen and empathize to help clients explore their emotions and values, fostering self-discovery and personal development without pathologizing. This approach emphasizes clients' innate drive for self-actualization, supporting them in finding meaning and purpose in life.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy recognizes the mind-body connection and uses various techniques like mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness to address emotional and psychological challenges. By accessing and processing somatic experiences, individuals can gain insights into emotions and uncover unresolved traumas. It is effective for trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, and stress, promoting emotional well-being and overall healing.
